Connecticut doesn't have a shortage of classical music. It has a discovery problem.
The concerts are here: at Yale and Hartt, in churches and symphony halls, tiny chamber series, guitar societies, museums, even a planetarium. They're just scattered across dozens of separate calendars, and even someone who looks hard still misses wonderful performances until after they've happened.
CT Chamber Collective gathers them in one place, and tries to connect the audiences, musicians, and organizations behind them. When a visiting musician is already passing through the Northeast, we help them find Connecticut stages and listeners. When you're looking for a good night of music, we try to make it easy to find.
We're new, and honest about it. We're not a booking agency, not a nonprofit, and we don't represent artists. We make introductions and share what's worth hearing. The goal is a real community around live music in Connecticut, built one concert at a time.
